Test Done! - Water the right way!

The real truth is "It's mind over matter", so to speak. I will continue to think on that.



But now I am just about ready for the first day.



I have to take the "before" pictures and do the physical test. Don't expect to see them here right away.

I was rereading the books that came with the exersise program.



I have to fight bad thoughts of failure everywhere. But I am cofident that I will get past that. But I did do the test pretty good; so that will drive me on. My youngest son is going to be doing it with me. He took the test too, (he's 21).

Drinking water the right way.

OK so what do I mean by that. First you have to drink enough water. It is a very important part of any kind of workout program. The body as you know releases water more than just when you eliminate. Sweat is very important. I remember the James Bond Move "Gold Finger" where the girl was painted all gold. She died right away because her skin couldn't breath.

Drink water through out the workout! That my goal, before, during, and after!
